1. Who Regulates Us?
Whytehall Car Collection is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to act as a credit broker under consumer credit activity, not a lender.

2. Our Services
We offer non-advised vehicle financing options. You will choose from the following:
- Hire Purchase (HP)
- Personal Contract Purchase (PCP)
- Lease Purchase
While we do not recommend or advise specific products, we present multiple lenders' offers for you to consider.
3. Commission Disclosure & Consumer Consent
We receive commission from finance providers, which may be either:
- A fixed amount per agreement
- A percentage of the financed amount
This commission does not affect the interest rate or total cost that you pay. Prior to you finalising any finance arrangement, we will disclose the amount and nature of the commission, and obtain your explicit informed consent to proceed carloan2day.co.uk Financial Times+1.

4. Cost of Our Services
Our services are provided free of charge to you. We do not charge broker or administrative fees for arranging finance.
5. Financing Options & Lender Panel
We act as a broker, introducing you to a panel of lenders who offer HP, PCP, and Lease Purchase.
Offer details (e.g., terms, APR, deposit, fees) are determined by the individual lenders. We provide these details so you can make an informed choice.
6. Warranty Sales
We also offer vehicle warranties (separate from financing). These are optional and not required to secure finance.
